Visit the Hampshire New Forest.  With many places to explore, there’s something for everyone in our New Forest tour.

Burley

The village of Burley has an interesting historical involvement with witchcraft, but today the village centre offers the tourist a range of gift shops and tea rooms. You can also hire bikes to explore the forest, or try one of the walking trails. If you are lucky, you might get to see one of the elusive red deer in Burley Park.

Beaulieu

The picturesque Beaulieu village sits on the southern bank of the Beaulieu River. It has some interesting little boutique shops, and the Montagu Arms Hotel and pub. It is also is home to the National Park’s most popular attraction, the National Motor Museum, Palace House and Beaulieu Abbey. You can take some lovely photos of the New Forest ponies and donkeys who are free to wander throughout the New Forest villages.

Christchurch

This is a very popular coastal town. There is a beautiful harbour, riverside walks, a splendid Victorian bandstand which is still in use in the summer months. If you are looking for somewhere to eat and drink there are pubs a plenty! There are also local shops if you want a little retail therapy.

If you are interested in history, Christchurch Priory which has been a place of prayer and pilgrimage for over 900 years dominates the skyline, whilst Christchurch Castle ruins are open throughout the year. Free entry, it dates back to the 11th century. Place Mill is a restored water mill situated on Christchurch Quay. It dates back 1,000 years and is now home to an art gallery. Admittance is also free.
